Do any of you go through a creative blank phase?
I have been in one for weeks and have tried so many different things to get "inspired" again.
Nothing is working yet even though I have tried the following:
1. Walking in nature everyday.
2. Viewing the moonrise each night.
3. Listening to beautiful music.
4. Visiting some of the many inspiring art blogs.
5. Dropping money at Hobby Lobby and Michael's.
6. Meditating.
7. Speed drawing art cards.
8. Yoga.
9. Eating delicious and nutritious foods.
10. Cutting my hair.
11. Chanting positive mantras.
12. Visualizing the healing green light.
13. Talking to myself.
14. Seeing with my eyes closed.
15. Reading wonderful novels.
There's one thing I haven't tried yet, rearranging and organizing my art supplies.
I don't have a dedicated workspace/studio and that has really become a major stumbling block.
I think my creativity must be applied to addressing that issue before I can move forward.
Thanks so much for listening, I think that's the answer.
Let's get busy.....

Ya gotta have a spot, your spot, your space to work. Can't happen unless you do. Not often enough, anyway. Pick a corner, or a room, make it yours! Not to be shared. Put your name on it! And get your butt to working! Where's that art?! ~PJ
And don't forget to smile reeeeal BIG!! It's inspiring...
